I'll tell you some things you can improve. I'm not sure if the reflection is a little bit off center. I'm also a little bit confused about the coloring there; why is she red in the reflection and not in her picture? Is there some symbolism there or was that a mistake? Another thing is that when you look at the picture, your eye moves to the top of the page because of the colors. That's nice, but I think the main point of the picture is Artistica and you may want to find some way next time to draw attention to her instead of the sky. (though I do love the sky's colors.
Overall, I think this is a spectacular picture and the colors are great. The effects are cool and interesting. You might want to draw a little more attention to Artistica next time if you do a similar picture. Keep drawing!
